DTMA is the liaison between the tooling and manufacturing industry and those institutions and companies who provide education and training for the industry . . . from training for entry-level skilled positions through leadership development at the CEO/president level.

The Dayton Job Center
The Job Center offers employers premium activities and services that focus on job growth and business expansion. All services are offered at rock bottom prices -- free.

·         screening of applicants and job referrals

·         testing of job skills and abilities

Over 2,000 customers come through The Job Center ’s front doors everyday in search of employment, training, or other services. Training Grant Money Available

Heads up!  If you employ college students in occupations such as machining or engineering, whose positions can be defined as co-op or work internship, you may be eligible to receive a grant of up $3,000 to offset the cost of the employee.  These grants are part of the State of Ohio’s Third Frontier program and are administered locally by the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce.  Contact Tony Bourne at (937) 226-8258 or tbourne@dacc.org to see if you qualify.
