Directions
From North of Dayton
-
I-70 to the I-75 South exit.
-
I-75 South to the First Street exit.
-
Go through the light at the end of the exit ramp and
immediately get into the far right lane.
-
Turn right on Perry Street.
-
Cross Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth streets.
-
Immediately past Fifth Street, turn left into the
parking lot located directly behind Building 13.*
-
Enter the building from the parking lot; the DTMA
office is in Room 13-125.
From South of Dayton
-
I-75 North to the Third Street exit.
-
Turn right on Perry Street.
-
Cross Fourth and Fifth streets.
-
Immediately past Fifth Street, turn left into the
parking lot located directly behind Building 13.*

Enter the building from the parking lot; the DTMA
office is in Room 13-125.
*Alternate parking
when lot is closed: If the lot behind
Building 13 is closed, park in the garage located across Perry Street
using the following directions:

Instead of turning left from Perry Street into the
parking lot, turn right on Mead Street.

Turn right into the garage. Park on the third level
of the garage. (As you enter the garage, you will immediately go up
a ramp, taking you to the 2nd level; go up one more level
to the 3rd level.)

Use the walkway at the east end of the garage and
enter Building 13 on the second floor.

Use the stairs or elevator to go to the first floor.

Go to the right of the glass-enclosed factory. We
are in the first office on the right.
