Coach Jim Bollman, the Buckeyes' offensive coordinator
and offensive line coach, is in his
seventh season at Ohio State. Bollman launched his coaching
career in June 1977 as a graduate assistant at Miami (Ohio) and has
coached for the Redskins, North Carolina State, Youngstown State,
University of Virginia, Michigan State, the Philadelphia Eagles and the
Chicago Bears.
A native of Ashtabula, Ohio, Jim and his wife Terri, a
native of Dayton, both graduated from Ohio University where Jim played
college football and graduated in 1977 with a degree in education.
Jim and Terri have 2 daughters, Courtney and Stephanie. Bollman
underwent open-heart surgery in June of 2006, but was on hand when the
team opened fall camp in early August and did not miss a practice or
meeting.

MEETING SPONSOR:
Knox Machinery - "Thought you couldn't afford multi-tasking? Think
again!"
With manufacturing
becoming evermore competitive, the need to become more efficient and to
reduce your per-piece costs is no longer just an option. But who has a
quarter to half a million to spend on those “multi-tasking” machines?!?
In this information-packed session, Knox Machinery will show you how to
increase your competitiveness and reduce your labor costs so that you
will be prepared to “make the cut” through our next manufacturing
downturn. Full simultaneous 7 Axis Machining…for under
$100,000… Do we have your attention
yet?!?
Leadership Roundtable:
Strategic Planning in a Nutshell
Find out what steps
are needed when putting together a strategic plan. Who should be
involved? What is the process? How long does it take? We have talked
about planning many times but this time we will be talking about how to
move through the planning process. Bring your stories. Find out how to
move through one of the most challenging of all processes. Give a
little. Learn a little.
HR/Safety Roundtable:
Policy
Manuals and Handbooks – How, When and Where.
Come to this
round-table session and learn how to create manuals, when to review them
and where to find resources for getting started.
