Advertising, Sponsorship, and Promotion Opportunities
Promote
your products, services, and expertise to nearly 300 member companies by
taking advantage of the opportunities offered through DTMA.
Some venues are restricted to members and others are open to
non-members.

Opportunities
Electronic Newsletter Provides industry-relevant news items to assist members in managing their businesses more effectively. Produced 2 times per month. Circulation of 850+. Ad spots are limited and awarded on a first-come basis. Fee: Varies by frequency. Article spots are also available. Fee: $100 per insertion members, $300 non-members.
Membership Directory Produced annually and distributed to all member companies. Fee: Varies by size and location; ad spots are awarded on a first-come, first served basis; open to members and non-members.
DTMA Website You have two opportunities to promote your company on the DTMA website 4 spots are available on the home page and you can enhance the appearance of your companys name in the directory section of the website. Hits are increasing, averaging 3,100 a month. Fee: Varies by option; home page spots are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis; members only.
Sponsorship
Opportunities
Member Meetings Held 8 times a year, you get a couple of minutes at the microphone, a prime location exhibit display during the cocktail hour, a newsletter article, and a pre-meeting seminar. Fee: $500; members only.
Pre-Meeting Seminars Held prior to each member meeting, forums provide you the opportunity to get in front of DTMA members who are specifically interested in your topic. In addition, you get a paragraph in the newsletter to describe the event and an electronic list of members for promotional purposes. Fee: $200 members; $500 non-members.
Golf & Tennis Outing Lots of opportunities including Par 3, tee/greens, and special sponsorships. Fee: Various; members only.
Holiday Gala Sponsorships and door prizes accepted. Your name appears on signage and in newsletter articles promoting the event. Fee: $100 members; $200 non-members.
Miscellaneous Opportunities Other opportunities pop up every now and then, such as your name on lanyards for name badges at the member meetings and your logo on printed material. Fee varies depending on the need. Let the Association office know if you want to receive information about these opportunities.

Opportunities
Member List Rent the DTMA member mailing list for your direct communication pieces. Fee: $75; members only.
Member Meeting Show off your products and services at a member meeting during the social hour. Three exhibit spaces are available. Fee: $100; members only.
Advanced Manufacturing & Technology Show This is the largest manufacturing and machine tool show in the entire tri-state area with over 130 exhibitors and 2,500 visitors. Fee: Varies by booth size; open to members and non-members (members receive a discount).
