The HR/Safety Committee is pleased to announce DTMA's partnership with GreaterDaytonWorks.com to provide member companies with an avenue to post job openings free of charge!

 

GreaterDaytonWorks.com is the online one-stop regional database linking area employers with job seekers.  This job portal, designed specifically for the Greater Dayton region, makes finding qualified candidates easier than ever.  The program is administered by the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with DTMA, the Montgomery County Job Center, Kettering Health network, ABC 22 / Fox 45, and the generous support from DPL Energy.  The database has grown to serve over 1,000 companies and 20,000 job seekers.

 

This program has two basic levels of participation:

 

Level 1:  No-Cost Local* Job Listings

  • Unlimited no-cost local* job postings on GreaterDaytonWorks.com

  • Input and manage your own job listings online

  • Promote your employment opportunity to job seekers who want to stay in or come to our community

  • Receive all candidates' resumes via e-mail -- single or multiple addresses

  • System standard resume receipt confirmation e-mail sent to each candidate

Level 2:  Annual Subscription Package (Includes above features, plus those described below.)

 

Web-based applicant tracking system with the following features:

  • Resume ranking - saves screening time by automatically prioritizing candidates based on "Probability of Fit" to job description/skills.

  • Advanced Candidate Search (resume database searching) - this upgrade is free for first contract year

  • Automatic resume routing to your choice of users and resume forwarding capabilities

  • Customizable resume receipt confirmation letter (automatically sent upon submission)

  • Ability to e-mail candidates (single or multiple) through system

  • Detailed job/candidate history stored online -- resumes, resume forwarding logs, disqualified reason, hires, etc.

  • Customizable "no-thanks" e-mails (individual or multiple)

  • Unlimited user accounts with three different user-permission levels

  • Cross-posting to additional sites and PJ Scout Registrants

For employers in need of more sophisticated applicant tracking solutions, additional features (including customized company employment sections, EEOC tracking, online reports and much more) can be easily added at any time for an additional cost.

 

* Local denotes jobs based in the following Ohio counties:  Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Fayette, Greene, Highland, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby, Union, and Warren.
